The listed prices include final cleaning, bed linen, towels, use of the pool, consumption of electricity and gas for the kitchen and boiler.
During key collection you are to pay a cash security deposit of € 600.00 with verification of what is delivered and of the objects available to guests in the structure.
Upon arrival, a detailed list of objects to be countersigned between the parties will be given. At the end of the stay the verification check will be carried out again, in absence of problems and / or damage the deposit will be returned.
